Efficient use of production capacities ensures a stable production of a wide range of geosynthetic materials in the amount of 10 000 000 m².
The key to success of our company is an integrated approach and constant monitoring of market trends and conclude new exclusive agreements for the supply of the advanced foreign equipment to increase production and storage capacity.
"ULTRASTAB" produces over 40 types of geotextile matirialoav: geogrid, geotextiles and geocomposites, answering the demands of modern geosynthetics market, competitive in price and performance characteristics compared with international counterparts.
To ensure comfortable working with our clients formed a capacious warehouse that allows to avoid fussiness in productive activities and to make the shipment date of order. In order to be closer to our clients, we are on the way of opening of regional offices in the regions and CIS countries. In 2016 it opened "Trading House Ultrastab" that will provide regional clients our company’s ongoing professional support specialists, the optimal timing of delivery of a wide range of products meeting the requirements and expectations of customers.

Sales manager
Responsibilities:
- Call the ready-made database of companies to find out when our products will be relevant;
- Process incoming requests — advise on products, calculate orders, put up commercial offers, coordinate payment and delivery, issue documents, etc.;
- Interact with our and third-party designers. Build relationships and become the main expert and reliable partner for our customers for many years to come;
- Negotiate and travel a lot around Russia to meet with clients. Be patient, persistent and attentive;
- Work in 1C, report to CRM Megaplan, execute a plan for calls, meetings and sales.
Requirements:
- Experience cold calls. You should have no fear of them;
- The desire to improve their knowledge and skills and with their help earn more and more every season;
- Experience with CRM;
- Communication skills and love for customers;
- Independence;
- It will be great if you know the basics of construction and textile production. If not, it is important that you learn quickly.
Working conditions:
- Official employment;
- Salary 40 000 rubles + percentage of sales. Successful sellers receive an average of 70 000— 120 000 rubles per month. Payments 2 times a month without delay;
- Working hours: Mon-Fri from 08:00 to 17:00;

Responsibilities:
- Participation in work on loading and unloading, moving raw materials and materials in the warehouse;

Operator of basic knitting / weaving equipment
Responsibilities:
- Production of nets and webs made of polyester thread;
- Preparatory operations at the start and end of the material development;
- Setting up basic knitting /weaving equipment, ensuring uninterrupted and high-quality operation of the equipment;
- Product quality control, compliance with quality requirements.
